Day 33 was the last workout in the Alpha round of T25, which was the Total Body Circuit again, and Legs 50/50 in Lift 4.
The total body circuit was tough to get through, and the legs workout was very hard (at least the HIIT portion). While yesterday's HIIT moves were a bit less intense, this one (especially after doing the T25 workout which also had a lot of leg work) was rough. I was definitely having to modify a lot in the Lift 4 workout.
