Workout Update: 645 Cardio/Chalean Extreme Day 62

Day 62 was 645 cardio in the morning and LC3 in the evening. In LC3, the upper-body exercises are chest and back and you again combine them with a lower-body exercise like squats or do them in a plank position so you are constantly using your core. I did have to drop the amount of weight I used for the same upper body exercises in the Push circuit because of having to do more reps and because you are doing them while being off balance or having to hold a plank position.
