On day 42, I did the Sculpt 3-4 workout from Power 90. It went fine. I again used 20 lbs for the back exercises and calf raises and 12 lbs for the other exercises (except for shoulder raises, which I dropped back to 10 lbs since I never felt my form was all that good using 12). I could get deeper in the push-ups and calf raises, so I am making progress.
