Workout Update: Insanity Max 30/Power 90 Hybrid: Day 7

Day 7 was the rest day in both Max 30 and Power 90, so I did the two recovery workouts from Lift 4, doing the stretch routine first and the foam rolling routine second. The foam rolling absolutely helped. I did not have as many knots in my legs as I thought I would, but I still felt it.
