Day 16 was the Cardio Circuit workout from Shaun 20 in the morning and the back and biceps (circuit) workout from Lift 4 in the evening. Like yesterday's workout, I increased the amount of weight I used for each exercise by about 2.5 lbs (using the microplates on my regular dumbells and the half-pound increments on the SelecTech dumbells). The circuit workout was tough, especially with the increased weight, but I was able to do all the sets in all the reps (although pausing a few times) at the higher weight.
