Day 15 was the start of week 3 in Lift 4, which meant the chest and triceps (50/50) workout. And in the morning, I did the Pure Cardio workout from Shaun 20. In the Lift 4 workout, I increased the amount of weight that I used for each exercise by 2.5 lbs using the microplates and SelectTech dumbells. I had been using the same amount of weight for several weeks, so my body definitely felt the increased amount, especially in the third set in each block.
