For Day 60, I did 645 cardio in the morning and LC2 in the evening. The upper body exercises in this workout are all shoulder-focused exercises, and they are again paired with lower body exercises. The workout is very challenging, especially since my shoulders are not my strongest body part. In this workout you are not as off balance as in the LC1 workout, but you still have to keep your core tight throughout the entire workout.
