Workout Update: 645 Cardio/Chalean Extreme Day 11

On day 11 I did a low-impact version of 645 cardio in the morning and the Burn Intervals workout in the evening. The interval workout was pretty similar to week 1 in terms of difficulty. I still used 5 lb dumbbells for some of the exercises and 3 lb dumbbells for the shoulder and triceps exercises since those involve doing a lot of very fast reps.
