On day 10, I did 645 cardio in the morning and Burn Circuit 2 in the evening. Like the BC1 workout, I was able to increase the amount of weight I used on a couple of the exercises. They were not huge increases, just going from 15lbs to 17.5 lbs on a couple exercises, but it is progress.
