Workout Update: 645 Cardio/Chalean Extreme Day 15

Day 15 was the start of week 3 in CE. So, I did 645 cardio in the morning and the BC1 workout in the evening. I was able to increase the amount of weight I used on a couple of the exercises in BC1, but because this one is heavy on shoulders, I could only increase the weight on the exercises that were either only legs and the bench press and chest flys.
