Workout Update: 645 Cardio/Chalean Extreme Day 12

On day 12, I did the 645 cardio workout in the morning and Burn Circuit 3 in the evening. In this workout, I was able to raise a couple of the shoulder exercises from 10 lbs to 12 lbs, but because my shoulders are my weak point, I was not going to overdo it and hurt myself.
