Day 9 was the sculpt 1-2 workout again. This was pretty much the same as Friday's workout in terms of the amount of weight I could use and the number of push-ups I could get through on my toes. The exercises for which the weight was increased from last time were definitely tougher, and on those, I maxed out at just eight reps.
