Workout Update: Power-90/Chalean Extreme Hybrid: Day 8

Day 8 was the sweat 1-2 workout and ab-ripper 100. The workout went really well again, and I got through everything without stopping or even pausing, and was able to modify the cross hops a bit less. I still did the skips but would jump so one foot was off the ground as I did them. So, I am getting closer to doing the unmodified version where both feet are off the ground at the same time.
