Workout Update: Insanity Max 30/Power 90 Hybrid: Day 45

Day 45 was Max Out Sweat in Max 30 and Sweat 1-2 and Ab-Ripper 100 in Power 90. I definitely had to take the workouts a bit slower, but each were easier than the workouts on Monday and Tuesday.
