Day 40 was Friday Fight Round 2 in Max 30 and Sculpt 1-2 (which was supposed to be yesterday's evening workout) in Power 90. I again made it through the Max 30 workout without stopping (aside from at the scheduled breaks). I felt that my stamina was a bit better than it was in the workout last week. And, in the Power 90 workout, the range of motion on my push-ups is improving.
