Workout Update: Insanity Max 30/Power 90 Hybrid: Day 38

On Day 38, I did Sweat 1-2 and Ab-Ripper 100 in the morning and Max Out Sweat in the evening. Doing the Max 30 workout in the evening was definitely hard. I did manage to make it through the workout without breaking, but I will admit my range of motion and speed on some of the exercises was much lower than it would normally be.
