Day 33 was Friday Fight Round 2 in Max 30 and Sweat 1-2 and Ab-ripper 100 in Power 90. I barely managed to get through all of FF round 2 without an unscheduled break. This is similar to round one, in that after the warmup, you go until the halfway point without a break. Then you get one additional break at about 26 minutes in. The Power 9 workouts were easy by comparison.
