Day 32 was Max Out Strength in Max 30 and Sculpt 3-4 in Power 90. Max Out Strength was hard, and even doing the modified moves, I only made it 13 minutes and 44 seconds into the workout before maxing out. The longer sculpt workout went well, even with the faster pace.
