Day 22 started week 4 in Lift 4, which meant chest and triceps (circuit). In the morning, I did the Shaun 20 version of Pure Cardio. Again, I can tell that Pure Cardio is becoming easier than a few weeks ago, so I am making progress there. In the Lift 4 workout, I used the same increased weight I used last week. That was absolutely challenging during the circuit workout, even though I had only increased the weight on the various exercises by a couple of pounds. That makes a world of difference when you are doing a workout with essentially no rest until the end.
