On day 18, I did the cardio circuit workout from Shaun 20 in the morning and the Lift 4 shoulders (intervals) workout in the evening. I again increased the amount of weight I was using for every shoulder exercise by a couple of pounds. I found it challenging to go up in weight even though I had been using the same amount of weight for quite some time. Although, as I have said before, my shoulders are not my strongest area. But, I got through it.
