Workout Update: 654 Cardio/Lift 4 Hybrid: Day 9

Day 9 was back and biceps in Lift 4, which was the 50/50 workout and 645 cardio in the morning. The back and biceps workout was challenging and my arms were very sore and tired by the end of it. The cardio portion went okay. I did the modified versions of each exercise, but I can tell my stamina is getting better.
