Day 8 was the start of week 2. I did 645 cardio in the morning and the chest and triceps workout from Lift 4 (which was a circuit workout this week) in the evening. The circuit workout for chest and triceps is much harder than the 50/50 workout in week 1. You get no rest between exercises and only 30 seconds between sets. So you do 40 reps in each set with minimal rest. Then, the burnout round is three sets of wide and triceps push-ups, performing each move for 30 seconds. I could not go for the entire 30 seconds on either of them in any of the sets.
