Workout Update: T25/Lift-4/645 Corrective and Foam Rolling- Day 32

Day 32 was Abs intervals in T25 and Shoulders in Lift 4. The abs workout was horrible (as always), but the shoulders workout (which was the Lift 4 version of intervals) was good. The HIIT moves were not as intense, and I was able to do most of the HIIT exercises unmodified.
