Workout Update: T25/Lift-4/645 Corrective and Foam Rolling- Day 34
For day 35 I did upper body foam rolling from 645, followed immediately by the two Lift 4 recovery routines. The foam rolling really helped to loosen my muscles up and I had more mobility during the Lift 4 stretch routine.
