Day 4 was the first repeat workout of Insanity Max 30, the Tabata Power workout. I was able to make it about 50 seconds longer this time than on Tuesday, but the tricep push-up sequence is still killer. One thing that I do like about this workout is that the people in the video look like they are mostly "regular" people, meaning non-fitness professionals. And, they all push themselves very hard. I am especially impressed by Jackie, the cute redhead in the back left corner. She seemed to push all the time, even when the camera is not directly on her and while she is in good shape, she is not as shredded as some of the fitness pros in the video are. And, of course, the cop, Mike, who maxes out at like 27:55 is super impressive. It is a hard workout, but it is good and works every part of the body.
