Day 26 was the last Friday Fight Round one workout for this round and the last month-one Max 30 workout of this round. I managed to make it to 14:35 seconds this time, but I still cannot get all the way through the triceps dips sequence that comes just before the 15-minute break. Monday will start month two of the Max-30 workouts and for the strength workouts in month two, I will switch to the Body Beast back and biceps workout.
