Day 24 was the last Sweat Intervals workout from Max 30 in my modified round, and I was able to make it through without stopping. This is the second workout this week that I made it all the way to the end without taking an unscheduled break. I have no illusions of that happening either tomorrow or Friday, or that I would get through it without maxing out if I was not modifying. But, it is a nice measure of progress.
