Workout Update: Insanity Max 30/Chalean Extreme/Body Beast/P90X Hybrid Day 10

Day 10 was Max 30's Sweat Interval workout. I did not sleep well at all last night so I did not have high hopes going into this one, but I actually managed to make it just under 25 minutes before having to stop. This is a workout in which only the modifier, who is Shaun T's husband and in very good shape, does not max out, so it is a tough workout, even if you are modifying it. I was pretty gassed during the last five minutes and could only do a few of the burpee squat combinations, but aside from those, everything went well.
