Workout Update: Insanity Max 30/Chalean Extreme/Body Beast/P90X Hybrid Day 9

Day 9 was the Tabata Power workout again. I was able to make it much farther into the workout, past the 20-minute mark this time. I had to max out about midway through the tricep dip sequence of exercises, but make it through the push-ups (which also work the triceps as much as they do the chest) without having to stop. So, progress is being made even though I have a long way to go.
