Day 8 was the second time doing the Cardio Challenge workout. I did max out later into the workout than last week, around the 17-minute mark. The latter half of the workout with the burpees and the wide in-and-out abs shoulder-tap combination are killer, even doing the modified versions of them. Thankfully, there are quite a few scheduled breaks in the workout that make getting through it a bit easier. The cast members in this workout are mostly good. Again Shanita (or Shamita?) is slacking off throughout the entire workout, but at least during this one, she is way in the back corner. Half the time she is just back there flailing her arms around and then bending over like she has been shot. The other people in the workout, however, are mostly pushing hard at least until the last few minutes when everyone is pretty much gassed. It is kind of hilarious how Shaun T. tries to get people to talk when they are clearly out of breath so it usually comes out rambling that makes no sense.
