Product Review: Filtrete Clean Living Basic Dust Filter, MPR 300, 16 x 25 x 1-Inches 6-Pack

 

This is a decent filter, especially if you have an older furnace that could not really utilize the more expensive filters. My furnace is about 20 years old and has been on its last legs for a few years. It still works, but the better filters that can trap pretty much every particle are a waste of money in it because they cannot provide good enough airflow through those. So, I have to use the more basic filters. This is not the most basic of the bunch, but it is pretty close. It is a good deal for six of them.
