Day 70 was the Lean Circuit 1 workout again. I am still finding it challenging, even using the same weight as the first couple of weeks for most of the exercises. I have been able to bump up a couple of them, but mostly I am working with 15 pounds. I have been able to do the plank kickbacks on my toes and can do more of the triceps pushups on my toes (but I cannot go super deep when I do them on my toes).
