Workout Update: Power-90 Day 26

 Day 26 was the resistance workout again. I was able to increase weights on a couple of the exercises hit the 15 rep max on a couple more that will allow me to increase their weight for Monday's workout. All in all, I am progressing well and even though the workouts are repetitive, they are not too easy at this point. I'll be back tomorrow with another update.
